JOB SUMMARY:
Wonderful opportunity for a highly motivated, tech savvy and innovative Accounts Receivable Clerk/Debtors Clerk with experience in the real estate/property industry!
The company is based near the Fourways area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience and qualifications:

Accounting degree/diploma essential
Previous experience with Excel and MDA/MRI software highly advantageous
Problem solving necessary
Accuracy and attention to detail essential
Bi-lingual (English and Afrikaans speaking) advantageous

Responsibilities:

High volume of invoices to be processed and sent out to tenants across multiple buildings monthly
Ensure that credit notes are processed once approval has been obtained
Ensure accurate weekly processing of the cashbook
Ensure collections are made within the required timeframes
Prepare for and attend debtors meetings with Directors and ensure that any issues are resolved timeously
Ensure accurate receipt allocations for the correct tenants are made from the operating system (MDA/MRI) to the accounting system with the respective Bookkeepers
Perform reconciliations accurately between the cash receipts on MDA/MRI to the accounting system with the respective Bookkeepers
Resolve client queries professionally and timeously
Any ad-hoc duties which are assigned
