SUMMARY:
Well-established company in Pretoria North seeks a Debtors Administrator to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject
3–4 years of debtors/accounts experience
Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software such as Sage Evolution or Business Central
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Strong administrative skills, high attention to detail, and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily debtor reconciliations and allocate payments
Generate age analysis reports and follow up on overdue accounts
Distribute statements and manage debtor collections
Issue invoices and credit notes
Handle debtor queries, log and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate document control and support the credit application process
