As a Debtors Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the end-to-end debtors function, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations
• Monitor and manage debtor balances, ensuring prompt follow-up on overdue accounts
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective credit control policies and procedures
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of debtors clerks
• Collaborate with internal departments and clients to resolve account-related queries
• Prepare monthly debtor reports and provide insights for management decision-making
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies
