DEBTORS TEAM LEADER City Deep, Johannesburg R18 000 – R23 000 per month + Target-Driven Incentive + Employee Benefits Reference: MID663 Midvaal Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Debtors Team Leader to join a well-established company based in City Deep, Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a strong credit control professional with leadership experience who can effectively manage debtor accounts, support collections processes, and lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile debtors' accounts. Capture and allocate customer payments accurately. Submit monthly debtor reports and ageing analyses. Follow up on overdue accounts and escalate high-risk accounts where necessary. Resolve customer account queries efficiently. Coach, guide, and monitor the performance of the debtors team. Ensure effective credit control and collection processes are maintained. Minimum Requirements Matric (Non-Negotiable). Credit Control Certificate or Diploma. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Credit Controller. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience with direct reports. Strong understanding of credit control principles and debt collection processes. Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP Business One, will be advantageous. Experience with CGIC will be advantageous but is not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Bilingual communication skills. Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
