POSITION INFO:
Join a dynamic Waste Management organization that is committed to sustainable practices and operational excellence. Our client is seeking a motivated Debtors and Creditors Controller to ensure the smooth management of financial transactions, supporting the company's growth and financial health. Where You'll Make an Impact: Manage and reconcile debtors and creditors accounts efficiently. Process transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations. Maintain the general ledger and support accounting processes. Collaborate with finance and operational teams to optimize cash flow. Assist in financial reporting and month-end procedures. Requirements: Matric + a strong pass in Mathematics or accountancy Bookkeeping Certificate, N6 or Higher in Accounting or National Diploma in Accounting 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in debtors and creditors management. Strong understanding of general ledger, VAT processing, and accounting transactions. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with the following: Waste management industry processes (preferred but not essential) Experience with ERP systems Books to Trial Balance If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, we regret that you have been unsuccessful.
