Deli Manager Queenstown

DELI MANAGER / QUEENSTOWN – FMCG Retail – The successful Candidate will be required to reside in Queenstown.

Minimum Requirements;

Matric/Senior Certificate

Strong Leadership ability as will be overseeing approx. 4 staff members

Minimum 3 years’ experience in running a Deli

Strong knowledge and experience in food preparation for hot meals

Stock Take/Ordering/Stock control knowledge and experience required

Knowledge of full hygiene protocols

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Fluent in English – Read, Speak and Write

Ability to work Retail Hours – shift week-ends

The suitable Candidate must:

Have strong planning and organizational skills

Able to use their initiative at all times

Strong Leadership/Supervisory skills

Salary: R7500 depending on experience
