As Delivery Manager, you will lead a high-performing cross-functional team of BAs, Developers, and Testers to execute business-critical IT projects. You'll own delivery performance, stakeholder engagement, budget management (~R10M), and team capacity planning while shaping agile maturity and driving value.

• End-to-end agile delivery of IT systems and enhancements across business units.

• Planning and execution of project and BAU initiatives with measurable outcomes.

• Team development, coaching, recruitment, and succession planning.

• Vendor and stakeholder management with accountability for SLA performance.

• Agile ceremonies, SCRUM rituals, and DevOps alignment.

• Budgeting, financial oversight, and cost optimisation across delivery efforts.

• Technical risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and escalation management.

• Governance, compliance, and reporting on delivery metrics and roadmaps.

• Relevant degree in IT or Business; certifications in Agile (CSM, CSP, SAFe) preferred.

• 5+ years in senior IT leadership, with deep experience in multi-disciplinary delivery teams.

• Strong understanding of full stack development, DevOps, and cloud platforms.

• Proven success in stakeholder engagement at C-suite level.

• Deep expertise in agile planning, financial control, performance management, and vendor relations.

• Passion for team development, agile coaching, and process improvement.

• Familiarity with modern technologies such as AI/ML and data governance frameworks.
