Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance multi-tier trading systems
Engage with clients to gather and understand business requirements
Document functional, business, and technical specifications
Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance standards
Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing software solutions
Collaborate across development, testing, and integration phases

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education:

Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Skills:

Strong Delphi development expertise

Experience with C# and C++

Solid understanding of 3-tier architecture and object-oriented design principles

Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures

Front-end and back-end development capability

Knowledge of design patterns and algorithmic problem-solving

Strong troubleshooting and general computing skills (Windows, networking basics)
