POSITION INFO:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Matric
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Applied Mathematics Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
5-10 years’ experience in Manufacturing/ Minerals / Chemical or Heavy Manufacturing
Experience in Master data management is a must
3-5 years’ experience in the mining environment
Demand and supply planning experience is non negotiable

Job description

To assist in improving the use of tools to perform demand and supply planning
To communicate supply issues, supply priorities for incoming demand where supply constraints exist
To coordinate and carry out the sales and operations demand and supply planning
To analyse and report relevant demand and supply performance
To coordinate the gathering of demand volumes for the annual budget
