A leading manufacturer in the mining industry has an opportunity for an experienced Demand and Supply planner

POSITION INFO:

Requirements include

Relevant B Degree or equivalent
Relevant certification (CSCP, CIPM, IBF)

Responsibilities include

Developing supply plans
Analyzing and report relevant demand and supply performance
Managing changes to demand and supply and mitigate inventory shortfalls and surpluses
Communicating supply issues and priorities where supply constraints exist
Managing new product introductions, product supersedes, and product runouts
Collaborating with product managers, operations, procurement, production to gain knowledge for input into demand and supply planning.
Coordinating the gathering of demand volumes for the annual budget
Collaborating with businesses to reduce excess inventory
