Requirements:

1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
Fine dining experience strongly preferred
Excellent knife skills and understanding of food safety

Chef de Partie

Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
Fine dining experience is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of kitchen sections and the ability to run them independently
High standards of hygiene, consistency, and attention to detail

Senior Chef de Partie

Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role
Fine dining experience essential
Proven ability to manage a section and mentor junior chefs

Requirements:
