POSITION INFO:
Deputy Director: Human Resources & Maintenance Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Pretoria We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Maintenance Manager to lead HR and administrative functions, ensuring policy compliance and efficient service delivery in support of organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance recruitment, selection and retention processes. Manage HR administration, employee benefits, conditions of service and PERSAL functions. Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and guidelines. Provide HR advice and ensure compliance with Public Service regulations. Supervise and develop staff while driving operational excellence. Minimum Requirements NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Industrial Psychology, Public Management\/Administration, Labour Relations, Social Sciences, Operations Management, Management Services, or a related field. Minimum 3 years'''''''' supervisory or middle management experience in Human Resources. Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated track record of leading teams. Supervisory and managerial experience in Recruitment & Selection and Conditions of Service. Experience working with the PERSAL system.
