Requirements:

• Strong design abilities with a keen eye for detail
• 5-8 years of experience in high-end residential design
• Preferably SACAP registered professional Architect
• Extensive 3D CAD experience
• Excellent client communication etiquette
• Full-time, in-office position
• Proficiency in Afrikaans and English

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with their team to develop innovative design concepts
• Translate client requirements into stunning architectural designs
• Utilise 3D CAD software to bring designs to life
• Ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the design process
