A bespoke strategic design agency has an opportunity for a big ideas Creative Director.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Drive the conceptual development and delivery of brand design solutions for all clients
Manage and mentor the members of the design team and their career development
Develop and implement the strategic brand platforms of clients and brands, being constantly immersed in the strategic and commercial implications of all creative recommendations made
Strong written and verbal communication skills and possess an excellent commercial understanding and awareness
Possess an advanced level of understanding of design disciplines and processes, production processes and parameters
Facilitate a constructive working relationship between design, client service and production
Well-versed at planning and managing the execution of full design programs, including comprehensive and detailed brand guidelines and specifications
Must have strong copywriting skills – capable of creative headlines, rationales and clear brand guidelines
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
