Design Director / Creative Director

A bespoke strategic design agency has an opportunity for a big ideas Creative Director.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Drive the conceptual development and delivery of brand design solutions for all clients
• Manage and mentor the members of the design team and their career development
• Develop and implement the strategic brand platforms of clients and brands, being constantly immersed in the strategic and commercial implications of all creative recommendations made
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and possess an excellent commercial understanding and awareness
• Possess an advanced level of understanding of design disciplines and processes, production processes and parameters
• Facilitate a constructive working relationship between design, client service and production
• Well-versed at planning and managing the execution of full design programs, including comprehensive and detailed brand guidelines and specifications
• Must have strong copywriting skills – capable of creative headlines, rationales and clear brand guidelines
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
