SUMMARY:

We are recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning energy engineering company that specialises in sustainable energy solutions for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) clients. Due to growth, they are looking to appoint three Design Engineers to join their team as soon as possible.

POSITION INFO:
This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who want to design high-quality, well-engineered solutions that help clients optimise energy use, improve efficiency and operate more sustainably. You will work within a team led by Professional Engineers on real projects spanning electrical and mechatronic design for buildings, plants and industrial processes. Duties & Responsibilities Design and develop electrical and\/or mechatronic systems and solutions tailored to client requirements Produce detailed designs, drawings, specifications and technical documentation Support energy optimisation, renewable energy integration and efficiency projects Perform calculations, modelling and system sizing Liaise with clients, contractors and the broader engineering team throughout the project lifecycle Assist with site assessments, commissioning and quality assurance Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes and regulations Experience & Qualifications Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic or related engineering discipline 3 - 10 years' relevant design engineering experience Strong technical, analytical and design software skills Exposure to energy, renewable energy or sustainability projects advantageous Professional registration (or working towards) advantageous Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites
