Design Experience Lead

My client are  looking for someone who can solve for business & innovate.  Someone brave enough to manage & lead smart humans and experienced enough to recommend relevant thinking.  A UX Design professional with 10 years working experience in Advertising or Marketing in a CX/UX/UI role.

• Experience with cross-platform design and best practices
• Experience with Human-centred design ops
• Tangible examples of your experience in Content strategy, information architecture and usability experience for blue-chip clients
• Understanding and experience in the application of design thinking methods
• Experience with content management systems and e-commerce solutions

POSITION INFO:

As the Design Experience Lead you will be responsible for the creation & realisation of high quality and innovative digitally-led experiences across a wide variety of channels and devices. 

From inception to user experience strategy and final experience design stage.
You will work independently and collaborating.
You will be the key experience design champion with clients, helping to share ideas while managing expectations and participation in the UX design process.
Agnostic in your approach, who seeks creative business solutions.

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of all aspects of the User-Centric Design approach and the ability to apply them flexibly across  project types
• Application of service design techniques to digital user experience

• Confident presentation skills and must have experience dealing with clients face-to-face
• A problem-solving, and analytical mindset
• Ability to lead, influence and inspire...whilst managing a team.
• Strategic in your thinking
• A data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology

• Take a lead role in new business pitches and proposals

• Able to develop user experience solutions for a wide variety of platforms and devices
• Create and implement an analytics strategy to help measure and track CX delivery ROI on all projects
• Ownership of quality across all project deliverables
