One of the leading Recruitment Agencies in the South Africa, is looking for a Desktop Support Technician / Server Engineer to join their team. This is a 6 months contract with possibility of a permanent placement at the end of the contract.

POSITION INFO:

Description:

The Desktop Support Technician /Server Engineer is responsible for providing quality technical expertise to support and maintain the end user computing environment. Support includes installation, configuration, security, diagnostics, repair, maintenance and upgrading of IT hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and providing end user assistance where required, utilising the call management and Service desk processes and procedures.

Education:

N.Dip or an IT Related Qualification and IT Certificates

Skills:

3 years’ experience
SharePoint
Microsoft hyper V
VMware
MCSE
Cloud infrastructure
