DevOps Engineer – Semi Remote/Midrand – R600 per hour

POSITION INFO:

A really great prospect is available for a DevOps Engineer. This is a great chance to work with the latest inventive techs in a highly skilled team!

Your main responsibilities would be to develop the locations and identification in all DevOps disciplines in regards to automation as well as to take over parts of frontend and small backend development.

DevOps related experience:

AWS Cloud
PAAS
IAS
Experience in architecting and developing solutions for scalable, distributed systems
Security of AWS services, securing design of VPC architectures
RESTful APIs
Databases/SQL (PostgreSQL advantageous)
Docker / Kubernetes (AWS / Azure advantageous)
Code versioning (Git)
Jenkins
DevOps

Fullstack development experience:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Apache Kafka
Kibana
Grafana
Terraform
Ansible
Heartbeat
Agile development methodologies
Confluence / Jira

Reference Number for this position is GZ56626 which is a long-term contract position rotating between Menlyn, Midrand and Home offering a contract rate of between R490 to R650 per hour highly negotiable on experience and ability.
