POSITION INFO:

DevOps Engineers

Our client is a London-based, European VC-backed and Africa-focussed Edtech company.

They’re on a mission to redefine learning for a new generation with a vision to connect every African to digital education.

The company is offering employment opportunities for DevOps Engineers who are passionate about participation in the development of products that have a meaningful purpose and playing a key role in building the technology.

This is an opportunity for DevOps Engineers with the right mindset and ready to embrace the culture of collaboration, while scientifically automating the continuous delivery of software features. With an inclination towards accuracy, a passion for continuous testing and discipline of continuous integration, you’ll be familiar with using standardized tooling to continuously monitor everything being done (E.g. Git; Maven; Selenium; Docker etc.).

If you can show a background that includes:

At least 3 - 7 years working with well-engineered software products using modern technologies.
Experience building scalable B2C based products across any of the top cloud platforms e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP etc.
Strong experience in Reactive Programming, Asynchronous Programming, and Unit Testing.
Strong understanding of integration & service orchestration strategies.
Strong communication skills
Familiar with setting up CI/CD Implementation using Circle CI
Experience working in an agile environment
