Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure the future viability of the IT application development
• The ability to innovate and highly efficient operation of the web infrastructure
• As a Dev / Ops engineer, we offer you an innovative and challenging field of activity in the WebEAM product
• With the central authentication solutions as the ideal basis for the development of cloud applications (e.g. microservices) and solutions in connection with the Internet of Things on platforms such as OpenShift, AWS and AZURE
• As part of the role, you will be responsible for the deployment of authentication solutions and increase the degree of automation of the solutions provided as an enabler for "Leading Edge Operations"
• Analyze market trends with foresight and proactively build up the required know-how 
• Work very closely with the web operations and the platform and infrastructure partners of the organization on the solutions
• Actively coordinate with the users of the solutions, the architects and the security
• In an international and demanding environment, the appointed candidate will advise the network of architects, strategic software-development- projects and application management and steer the service providers, especially in the implementation and maintenance of the solutions
• Close, competent and trustful interaction with users and requesters of enhancements
• Identifying the relevant topics and translating them into sensible and economical work packages (User Stories)
• Reliable and timely appropriate rollout of new product releases
• Maintain the internal feature appearance in terms of customer presence
• Ensure that the quality, stability and security requirement for the product are met and monitored regularly
• Provide product support for new customer start-ups
• Track and plan the product features/requirements and releases closely together with the maintenance and operations teams
• Maintain a close cooperation with product team
• Permanent awareness of gathering new product requirements and innovative product feature enhancements
• Proactive review of the product related processes and initiation of changes if required
