About the Role The successful candidate will provide end-to-end operational administration and support of enterprise DevSecOps platforms, ensuring secure, automated, and efficient software delivery across multiple teams. You will be responsible for maintaining platform stability, managing tool integrations, driving governance and compliance, implementing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the DevSecOps landscape. Key Responsibilities DevSecOps Toolchain Administration Provide operational ownership and administration of DevSecOps platforms and CI\/CD tools. Install, configure, maintain, and support enterprise DevSecOps solutions. Ensure secure configuration baselines and standardisation across environments. Manage platform upgrades, patching, certificate renewals, and plugin updates. Coordinate with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure operational continuity. Platform & Tool Support Support and administer technologies including: GitLab SonarQube Fortify SAST\/DAST JFrog Artifactory CI\/CD orchestration tools DevSecOps integrations and testing tools Governance, Security & Access Control Administer access management using RBAC and least-privilege principles. Conduct access reviews and maintain audit evidence. Ensure logging, audit trails, and compliance controls are effectively maintained. Support audit readiness and governance reporting requirements. Incident Management & Operational Resilience Monitor platform health and performance proactively. Investigate and resolve tool-related incidents and integration issues. Develop and maintain operational runbooks and troubleshooting procedures. Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities. Integration & Automation Manage integrations across CI\/CD pipelines, security scanning tools, artifact repositories, and reporting platforms. Oversee secure management and rotation of service accounts, tokens, and secrets. Maintain platform compatibility through version and configuration management. Documentation & Reporting Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures. Produce monthly operational and governance reports. Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification (NQF 7) preferred. Relevant certifications in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI\/CD, Cloud, or Security will be advantageous. Experience 5-8 years' experience in DevOps and\/or DevSecOps environments. Experience administering enterprise CI\/CD platforms and DevSecOps toolchains. Proven experience with platform operations, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and support. Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and security integration practices.
