POSITION INFO:
A leading financial services organization is looking for a Specialist: Developer to join their IT Software Development team in Edenvale, Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-performance applications in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Visual Basic.NET and C#.NET
Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time
Troubleshoot and resolve software and integration issues
Recommend and implement changes to improve performance and reliability

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

Degree or Diploma in a relevant field

Experience:

8+ years in software development with .NET Core and .NET Framework (C#.NET and SQL)
8+ years SQL development experience (MSSQL)
Proficient in stored procedures, triggers, and indexing strategies
Experience with web services and REST API development and integration
