SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a skilled Developer, with strong Ansible experience, to join their team in Midrand. This is an exciting 3-month contract (with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months), offering a dynamic project environment and hands-on technical challenges.

• Location: On-site in Midrand

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using Ansible.
• Create and maintain playbooks, roles, and reusable automation scripts.
• Support deployment and configuration management across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and software teams to streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Ansible in development or automation projects.
• Solid background in software development (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar).
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a contract-based role.
