Diagnostic Motor Vehicle Technician - Fourways, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Motor Dealership in Johannesburg North, is looking for a qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their service team.

Requirements:

Matric
Trade Test Certificate (not negotiable)
Relevant Master training / qualification will be an advantage
At least 5 years prior experience
Valid SA Drivers License
Clear criminal record
Target driven with a solid track record

Responsibilities:

Servicing & repairing of all vehicles booked into the dealership
Diagnose & report findings accurately
Maintain & update on diagnostic tools
Request relevant & correct parts from parts sales executive
Notify management of any service related issues
Checking in of customers & follow ups with clients
Update job cards, ensuring that it contains accurate information & detailed information on the service/repairs
Plan & order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification
Ability to plan production
PDI's
Maintaining good communication at head office & with customers
After Service Follow ups

Salary negotiable depending on experience
