JOB SUMMARY:
Our client based in Cape town who has expanded their debt management operations from South Africa to various continents in Africa is looking for an analytic Digital Business Analyst who will improve and analyze all aspects of digital communication and digital channel to support the business with all electronic communication to enable digital collections, the successful candidate will have exposure to working with Nexidia voice analytic tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Improve design and enhance communication of campaigns for digital customers
Monitor all deliveries and report all campaigns
Analyze data and build reports using SQL
Work closely with IT, Operations and Analytic to execute projects
Assist with UX improvements and optimization of Digital channels
Conduct segment and target tests using A/B Testing
Improve the ROI on digital campaigns and collections
Provide customers with map out journey

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Business or any related field
3 + years’ experience in management consulting
Experience in Digital Marketing and Qlik reporting
Knowledge of SQL coding and UX & CX
Strong knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of Google Analytics
