POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the job:
Manage the e-commerce catalogue and website content across all PEP web channels. Ensuring effective and timeous e-commerce product merchandising across PEP’s e-commerce channels, whilst ensuring best practice SEO implementation throughout the workflow.
Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the eCommerce Catalogue and web content
• Product merchandising, maintenance and enrichment
• Site content management
• SEO
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic across websites
• Optimisation of web channels. This will include:
• Conducting extensive research to identify customer needs to drive new opportunities and create disruptive digital experiences
• Web analytics, tracking & reporting
• Web Product and Project Management
• E-commerce & Online performance:
• E-commerce & web objective performance optimisation
• Manage business requirements driven by web channels, ie, goals, metrics, etc.
• Relationship management
• Collaborate with the broader teams to develop and introduce new site features.
• Manage partners such as Web Designers, Developers and external partners or agencies to ensure all roadmap requirements are met & delivered
• Leadership

• Tertiary Qualification - SEO, Digital or Web-related degree/diploma
• 3-5 years of experience working as a Web or SEO Manager or similar position
• Strong, demonstrated and proven SEO experience
• Retail experience will be an advantage
• Online content and large listings of product merchandising experience
• PIM(Product Information Management) experience
• Experience in online content optimisation for SEO
• Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and work practices
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript
• Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
• CMS (Content Management System) experience e.g. in Shopify, Wordpress or Magento
• Understanding of Conversion rate optimisation
• Knowledge and interpretation of Website performance evaluation and optimisation
• Understanding of Cyber/Web security
• Research capability
