POSITION INFO:

Are you keen to bring your Website Management & SEO expertise to catapult PEP's digital brand presence and grow our online traffic? If you are a skilled and passionate Catalogue Manager, this role has been specially crafted for you. Purpose of the job: Manage the e-commerce catalogue and website content across all PEP web channels. Ensuring effective and timeous e-commerce product merchandising across PEP's e-commerce channels, whilst ensuring best practice SEO implementation throughout the workflow. Key Responsibilities: Management of the eCommerce Catalogue and web content Product merchandising, maintenance and enrichment Site content management SEO Develop and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic across websites Optimisation of web channels. This will include: Conducting extensive research to identify customer needs to drive new opportunities and create disruptive digital experiences Web analytics, tracking & reporting Web Product and Project Management E-commerce & Online performance: E-commerce & web objective performance optimisation Manage business requirements driven by web channels, ie, goals, metrics, etc. Relationship management Collaborate with the broader teams to develop and introduce new site features. Manage partners such as Web Designers, Developers and external partners or agencies to ensure all roadmap requirements are met & delivered Leadership Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Tertiary Qualification - SEO, Digital or Web-related degree\/diploma 3-5 years of experience working as a Web or SEO Manager or similar position Strong, demonstrated and proven SEO experience Retail experience will be an advantage Online content and large listings of product merchandising experience PIM(Product Information Management) experience Experience in online content optimisation for SEO Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager experience will be an advantage Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and work practices Knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager CMS (Content Management System) experience e.g. in Shopify, Wordpress or Magento Understanding of Conversion rate optimisation Knowledge and interpretation of Website performance evaluation and optimisation Understanding of Cyber\/Web security Research capability Competencies required: Result-oriented; Devotion to Quality; Performing under Pressure; Initiative; Vitality; Client Focus; Analysing and forming opinions; and Creativity
