An exciting opportunity exists for a Digital Development Manager to lead the development and optimisation of web and mobile self-service platforms. This role focuses on digital platforms, customer self-service experiences, and driving performance across web and mobile ecosystems.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of web and mobile application platforms
• Drive improvements in website performance, SEO, analytics, and digital optimisation
• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for digital platforms
• Manage CMS platforms, digital infrastructure, and platform security
• Work closely with marketing, digital, and product teams to enhance customer journeys
• Ensure that digital solutions deliver strong performance, usability, and engagement

• Proven experience managing web and mobile development environments
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and website performance
• Experience with CMS platforms, digital governance, and security
• Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles
• Experience managing development teams or digital delivery

• Background in digital marketing or SEO-driven environments
• Exposure to the insurance or financial services industry
