JOB SUMMARY:
This is a permanent, JHB based, in-office opportunity.

Your experience in Digital Strategy and Consulting coupled with a robust knowledge of internet products will be required.

An opportunity to work with a talented, motivated, entrepreneurial team at an industry leading Fortune 500 organisation (within the Insurance/FS space).

You will work with C-suite staff reporting into both Regional & International leads.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

What you will be doing:

Driving Digital integration within the MEA digital team.
You will be responsible for driving the deployment and adoption of digital technologies across the business in support of new revenue generation, client engagement and colleague productivity.
You will serve as the intermediary in the rollout of digital initiatives and capabilities, fully integrating business and technology.

You will be expected to educate and lead in closing digital performance gaps that exist in/between the various functions and broadly across the business.

Required experience

Minimum 10 years in leadership positions including at least 5 years of experience in digital strategy.
Successfully delivering highly scalable customer-facing products
Goal setting, initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Ability to move between high level strategy and implementation
Excellent analytical skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
