Overview:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join a dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives under tight deadlines and enjoys crafting compelling digital content.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

Assist in updating and maintaining website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with web developers to implement changes and improvements.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot errors, and optimize user experience.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
Work closely with graphic designers and copywriters to produce visually appealing and impactful content.

SEO & Analytics:

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
Manage a small SEO budget to ensure targeted keyword optimization.

Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
Engage with online audiences, monitor interactions, and respond to comments/messages.
Work alongside the content team to maintain a cohesive social media presence.

Online Advertising:

Assist in creating and managing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, YouTube campaigns).
Track and analyze ad performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
Provide general support to the marketing team as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Digital Marketing.
Three or more years of experience in a digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and all major social media platforms.
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta advertising.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
