Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating and maintaining website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement changes and improvements.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot errors, and optimize user experience.

• Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
• Work closely with graphic designers and copywriters to produce visually appealing and impactful content.

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
• Manage a small SEO budget to ensure targeted keyword optimization.

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
• Engage with online audiences, monitor interactions, and respond to comments/messages.
• Work alongside the content team to maintain a cohesive social media presence.

• Assist in creating and managing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, YouTube campaigns).
• Track and analyze ad performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
• Provide general support to the marketing team as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Digital Marketing.
• Three or more years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and all major social media platforms.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta advertising.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
