Digital Marketing Manager - Digital Strategy, Performance & Social
POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing manager to join their team - You will own the day-to-day leadership and output of digital marketing - performance, social, content production, and digital design - across Consumer, Sales Force, and Corporate channels. Key responsibilities: Digital and performance marketing - own web, social, community, and paid channel strategy and performance, in partnership with the Marketing Manager. People leadership - performance, development, and conflict resolution across the full digital team, including onboarding for recently started team members. Hiring of new team members is a collaborative process with the Marketing Manager and CMO. Content and production quality - oversee photography, videography and digital design output for consistency and brand fit, in partnership with the Creative Director on visual standards. Reporting and analytics - digital channel performance reporting to the Marketing Manager. Process and governance - own briefing and capacity planning for the digital team. Decision rights: Budget - recommends digital\/paid spend within approved lines; final approval Marketing Manager & CMO. Headcount - recommends; final approval Marketing Manager & CMO. Day-to-day people decisions (performance, leave, etc.) - sit with the Digital Marketing Manager for all team members, Marketing Manager informed. Content priorities outside of digital deliverables for the Asuer and Sales Force Content Creators - sit with the Marketing Manager, not the Digital Marketing Manager. Experience & qualifications: 5-8 years' digital marketing experience, including performance marketing, social\/community, and content production. 3+ years leading a team, ideally spanning multiple disciplines rather than a single channel. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. Your skills and attributes should include: Hands-on operator who can still lead through others. Comfortable balancing digital-channel ownership with production coordination. Collaborative rather than territorial Strong organiser, comfortable with performance data and campaign analytics.
