POSITION INFO:
Role Overview Mr K Pure & Precious Metals is bringing marketing in-house and is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise our digital advertising, lead generation, and online campaign performance. This role will focus on improving digital enquiries, campaign performance, reporting, and branch-specific marketing across Google, Meta, and other online platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Set up campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, and cost per lead. Create and manage branch-specific and location-based campaigns. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor checks. Track website enquiries, calls, WhatsApp clicks, forms, and campaign conversions. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Assist with website updates, landing pages, SEO, and Google Business Profile where needed. Make recommendations to improve lead quality, campaign results, and digital performance. Required Skills & Experience Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Ability to manage budgets and optimise campaigns. Basic SEO and website knowledge. Good reporting and analytical skills. Experience with multi-branch or location-based marketing would be beneficial. Personal Attributes Organised and detail-oriented. Analytical and results-driven. Proactive and willing to test new ideas. Able to work in a fast-paced in-house marketing team. Good communication skills. Able to explain campaign results in a clear and practical way. Beneficial Skills Google Search Console. Mailchimp. WordPress. Basic copywriting. Experience with WhatsApp lead campaigns. Main Goal of the Role To help Mr K improve digital lead generation, reduce wasted ad spend, increase quality enquiries, support branch growth, and build a strong in-house digital marketing function.
