Our business is fast-paced, innovative, and purpose-driven, with a strong focus on transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled service delivery. We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the Group Head of Marketing and play a key role in driving brand visibility, digital growth, customer engagement, and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple brands within the group. What will you do? Work as the second-in-command to the Marketing Director across multiple brands and business units Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned to business objectives Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness initiatives Oversee website management, SEO, analytics, and performance optimisation Manage content planning and execution across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and online campaigns Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external suppliers Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting, insights, and recommendations Assist with brand positioning, corporate communications, events, and integrated marketing initiatives Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the automotive and digital marketing space What do you need? Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a multi-brand or corporate environment Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital analytics, SEO, CRM, and social media strategy Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and digital budgets Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting ability Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Automotive, insurance, retail, or related industry exposure would be advantageous
