Digital Marketing Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, diligent, and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong digital marketing experience across social media platforms, CRM systems, SEO, and online advertising. This role requires someone who enjoys taking ownership, delivering measurable results, and staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Create and manage content strategies for platforms including: TikTok Facebook Instagram Monitor social media performance and optimise campaigns to maximise engagement, reach, and conversions. Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and platform updates. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manage and maintain CRM systems and customer databases. Execute customer communication campaigns through: WhatsApp Email marketing Other digital communication channels Develop automated customer journeys and nurture campaigns. Track and report on customer engagement and campaign effectiveness. SEO & Digital Advertising Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for optimisation. Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns. Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on ROI and key metrics. Website Management Assist with website content updates and ongoing optimisation. Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing objectives. Contribute to improving user experience and website performance. Website development experience will be considered an advantage but is not essential. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, and WhatsApp communications. Demonstrated knowledge of SEO principles and website ranking strategies. Experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail. Personal Attributes Passionate about digital marketing and achieving results. Diligent, organised, and highly motivated. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Proactive and willing to take initiative. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Advantageous (Not Essential) Website development experience.
