SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of digital marketing, client engagement, communication, and social media strategies. The role involves using various digital tools to run campaigns, monitor performance, and produce clear reports with insights and analytics.

POSITION INFO:
Digital media includes platforms such as websites, webinars, video channels, apps, social media, blogs, podcasts, and email, as well as digital content like images, videos, documents, and audio.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and assess emerging digital marketing trends and identify optimisation opportunities.
Ensure that all platforms and initiatives align with digital, communication, and IT strategies.
Provide first-line support for digital platforms to the marketing team and internal stakeholders.
Implement and publish digital content across relevant platforms to support marketing initiatives.
Assist with developing digital marketing strategies and managing related projects.
Upload and manage content provided by stakeholders on digital platforms.
Optimise platform configurations to maximise reach, improve SEO, and leverage tools, such as Google Ads.
Use data and analytics to inform decisions, enhance user experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

5-7 years' experience
Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where effectively managing and building strong client relationships is essential to business success and growth
