We are looking for ambitious Junior and Senior Digital Media Sales professionals who are passionate about digital advertising, performance marketing and e-commerce. You should be commercially driven, relationship-focused and excited by the opportunity to help clients grow through innovative advertising solutions. What Will You Do? Drive adoption and growth of digital advertising products across a portfolio of clients Consult with clients on performance marketing strategies and campaign optimisation Build media plans and advertising solutions aligned to client objectives Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights Identify upselling and revenue growth opportunities Manage client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery Support education, onboarding and best-practice adoption of advertising platforms What Do You Need? Junior Level: 1–3 years' experience in digital media sales, account management or performance marketing Understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce and online marketing principles Strong communication, relationship-building and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Senior Level: 3+ years' experience in digital media, retail media, advertising sales or performance marketing Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets Experience developing strategic media plans and managing key client relationships Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, campaign optimisation and data-driven decision-making E-commerce, marketplace advertising or retail media experience advantageous For both levels, we are looking for commercially astute, proactive individuals who combine strong sales ability with a passion for digital marketing and performance-driven results.
