SUMMARY:
Job Title: Digital Specialist – Mining Services

Are you a seasoned systems developer with a passion for mining innovation? We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Specialist to support and drive digital enablement and integration initiatives within the surface and underground mining explosives market.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support digital strategies across mining operations
Develop dashboards and maintain digital data platforms
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility
Lead digital initiatives and monitor operational performance
Deliver SHE training and ensure compliance
Build strong stakeholder relationships
Manage service provider performance
Training of users and a strong understanding of system (become a specialist) to troubleshoot any problems that may arise
Promote sustainability and environmental responsibility

Qualifications & Experience:

Certification in Systems Development & Integration
7+ years in systems development and integration
3+ years in mining/digital enablement (advantageous)
5+ years in mining/explosives (advantageous)
Degree in Engineering or related field / Technical trade with in field experience
Willingness to travel and work shifts/overtime as needed
