We’re searching for a strategic finance leader who can glide between fiat and digital assets without breaking a sweat. Someone who can build structure in a decentralised environment and still sleep well at night.
This role sits at the centre of a fast-moving, high-trust, globally distributed ecosystem. You’ll be the person who ensures financial operations are tight, transparent, and future-proof, while guiding treasury strategy in a domain where innovation moves faster than most reporting cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end treasury strategy across fiat and digital assets.
- Build liquidity models, forecast scenarios, and shape long-term planning.
- Manage conversions, settlements, disbursements, and multi-currency flows.
- Oversee payments with precision, discipline, and best-in-class controls.
- Strengthen risk management frameworks and multisig wallet oversight.
- Implement internal controls for vendors, payments, and asset movements.
- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Oversee accounting across a crypto-native environment, coordinating with external partners for accurate, transparent reporting.
- Define and enforce accounting best practices designed for Web3.

- Deep experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or related senior leadership roles.
- Comfort working with both traditional finance and digital asset environments.
- A calm, analytical approach to high-volume, high-stakes decision-making.
- Strong integrity, sound judgement, and the ability to operate in a decentralised environment.
- A love for building systems, improving processes, and eliminating inefficiencies.
