Summary:
Manage, coordinate and maintain company fleet, ensuring timeous delivery.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile Diesel Usage and Calculation
• Manage Traffic Fines and recover cost from responsible parties
• Manage E-Toll / Bankfin Reconciliations
• Briefing and debriefing of drivers to ensure timeous delivery
• Co-ordinate and manage Tracker and control systems on all vehicles
• Budget control - Budget vs Actual
• Monitor Vehicle Kilometers including Service Plans with Suppliers
• Keep accurate records of all Drivers Licenses + PDP
• Ensure constant communication with weighbridge staff and drivers
• Conduct vehicle inspections and make repair arrangements
• Working with Electronic Reports from outside suppliers and request official purchase orders

• Minimum Grade 12 PLUS 3-years relevant experience in FMCG distribution
• Experience with Roadshow and MixTelematics
• Experience in FLEET and DISTRIBUTION
• Good understanding of fleet utilisation, fuel usage and consumption, planning of loads in a cost-effective manner
