SUMMARY:

Food Distribution Company in Cape Town Southern Suburbs has an opportunity available for an Operations Compliance Officer who will report to the National Operations Manager.

Main purpose of the position:

Drive SOP compliance across the branch network, and ensure the best practice implementation of the company’s operations, policies, procedures, and systems throughout their network
Coordinate and oversee warehouse activities relating to inventory, health and safety, hygiene, vehicles and logistics, general administration, suppliers, volunteers, stakeholders, etc.

Health and Safety / Food Safety
Reporting
Multi-tasking and prioritising are essential skills that will determine the success of the role

Qualification and Experience Required:

Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 8 years experience in FMCG Operations
Staff Management
Advanced MS Office skills
MS Business Central (ERP) advantageous
Willing to travel Nationally

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
