POSITION INFO:

Our client, a growing, purpose-driven organisation to appoint an experienced Operations Manager: Warehouse to lead and optimise their warehouse and fulfilment operations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience driving warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and team performance within high-volume distribution or FMCG environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and in line with service level agreements
Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
Optimise warehouse layout and operational workflows
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff
Manage operational budgets and monitor warehouse KPIs

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar
Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or supply chain operations
At least 3 years in a management role
Experience in FMCG or high-volume distribution environments
Exposure to WMS and ERP systems

Advantageous

Knowledge of Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
Experience with ISO standards
