SUMMARY:
A well know listed Plastic Manufacturing Company requires the above to assist in Managing Marketing Campaigns, developing Marketing Strategies to ensure the products and services meet customers’ expectations building Brand credibility in the Market place.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Must have a tertiary qualification / degree in Marketing or Brand Leadership.
  • Pervious experience having worked within the Plastic Processing / Manufacturing environment as a Brand and or Marketing Manager or a related role is preferred.
  • Previous experience having been exposed to Corporate Governance is pref.
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills as you will be dealing with Customers, Technical and Design personnel both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assist and understand the Customer needs, identify existing and new points of contact to drive organic and new growth, measure, analyse and provide feedback on the effectiveness of Brands and Market strategy and adjust strategy where required.
  • Engage and interact with all senior Management within the business to drive the Brand and market strategy within the Industry.
  • Develop the Brand strategy to support Business objectives and alignment of goals, ensuring that Internal and External Divisional communication is approved, channelled, and expressed correctly, align with the Groups’ Corporate identity.
  • Develop Brand architecture consistency within the Division, identifying shortfalls and correcting these gaps.
  • Aligning Brand Architecture internally communicating changes to the External Market.
  • Formulation of Internal Brand awareness strategies that will promote Internal Pride.
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns specific to the creation of “First Port of Call” status for various Products.
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns within shared Industries to demonstrate capabilities of the company, New Products and Technology.
  • Identify all target markets using relevant contact mediums to communicate and promote the Brand.
  • Manage and report Brand plans, progress and conclusions on a monthly basis.
  • Promote and drive consistency in terms of communication, Service Providers of the Brand Internally and Externally.
  • Promote cohesion and internal pride by educating employees and equipping Sales Teams with the relevant tools.
