Our client, a listed retail powerhouse, is seeking a CA(SA) with over 10 years senior-level financial operations experience, to lead, strategise and keep their large-scale distribution and logistics operations financially fit and future-ready. This role isn’t just about counting stock or Rands; it’s about steering the financial engine that powers the entire retail machine.

What You’ll Be Delivering:

Financial planning & strategy, mapping the road to profitability
Overseeing financial operations & management across distribution, wholesale and warehousing
Ensuring compliance & risk management, keeping the business safe and sound
Driving budgets, forecasts and financial performance tracking
Executing strategic plans with precision and impact
Managing customer and stakeholder relationships, because numbers matter, but so do people

You’re The Ideal Candidate If You:

Are a CA(SA)
Have 12+ years senior financial operations experience
Have deep exposure to distribution centres, logistics, FMCG, wholesale or warehousing (non-negotiable)
Thrive in high-volume, fast-moving environments where accuracy and agility go hand-in-hand
Can see the big picture but never lose sight of the details
Lead with confidence and communicate with influence at every level
