Document Controller – Marine Projects (12-Month Contract)
Location: Simonstown Dockyard
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Mobilization: September 2025)
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance required

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation in a secure, regulated marine environment. The successful candidate will ensure all documents are accurately controlled, updated, and distributed according to project and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in document control, preferably within engineering, marine, or defence sectors
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with document management software and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within security protocols
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance

Project Overview:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering firm for a major Marine contract based at Simonstown Dockyard. The contract duration is 12 months, with mobilization set for September 2025. All roles require candidates to be eligible for Security Clearance at Secret level. This is a high-profile opportunity for skilled professionals to contribute to a key national project within the defence and maritime sector.
