SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for an Document Controller

POSITION INFO:
We are currently recruiting for an ADIM Equipment Controller
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain R&M Share Drive (M/Drive)
Maintain FEI SharePoint
Safety Compliance
Upload PSV Test Data and Tasks
Maintain the updates of all FEI Onstream /turnaround Inspection Reports
Loading of new QCP against the allocated Functional Location
Closing draft QCP after job is done
Upload all Deferrals and Postponement Requests
Maintain APM® Integrity Module
Move the Scanned Databooks from the FD Folder to the correct Functional Location on the M:/Drive
Link all Scanned Reports and Databooks from the M:/Drive to APM
Box up all Databooks for Scanning to Iron Mountain

Requirements:

5 years relevant working experience
Database Management experience
Proficiency in relevant software/tools (MS Office, databases, ERP systems, etc.).
Analytical thinking to interpret data and support decisions.
