Document Controller (M-Files / EPC Projects – Namibian National) – Walvis Bay

SUMMARY:
As part of our Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions for complex projects.

POSITION INFO:

• Namibian National Only
• Matric or NQF Level 3
• Postgraduate certificate, diploma, or degree in Administration or a related field would be an advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Administrator or Document Controller in an engineering environment.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of document revision control principles.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify deviations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent vocabulary.
