POSITION INFO:

A well established company based in Brackenfell, Cape Town is looking to employ an experienced E-commerce Team Leader to join their organisation.

Job Description

Responsible for forging and maintaining a strong relationship with all aspects of the eCommerce operation
Responsible for maximising the percentage of online orders that are delivered to customers on-time and in-full
Responsible to work closely with the ecommerce contact centre staff
Responsible to continually contribute towards a culture of excellence and ambition Responsible to maintain an attitude of accountability, integrity and excellence

Qualification

Matric
Related Diploma/Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain or similar - desirable

Experience

3+ Years Order fulfilment experience in eCommerce retail operations, including positions of leadership
1-3 Years Supply Chain and logistics experience in eCommerce retail operations

Knowledge and skills

Be an expert in the field and remain up to speed with local and international trends and developments Understand customer-first thinking
