E-Commerce Project Manager

SUMMARY:
Exciting new opportunity as an E-Commerce Project Manager - primarily responsible for the development and roll out of E-Comm. platforms and systems to support growth of E-Comm. transactions

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• E-Commerce
• Development of ‘Web Shop’ solution with the goal of;
• Facilitating ease of purchase of company’s products
• Providing access to information for customers (i.e. stock availability, product information etc)
• Ensuring customer receives sales order confirmation, back order information, and any other relevant communications in response to order placed
• Offering alternative products where primary product is not available
• Development of ‘DFM’ solution with the goal of;
• Facilitating ease of purchase of company direct from a customer’s ERP system to Syspro.
• Ensuring customer receives sales order confirmation, back order information, and any other relevant communications in response to order placed
• Work alongside ICT (information and communications technology) and BIS (business information systems) team leaders to ensure secure and stable ‘end-to-end’ solution

• Digital Transformation
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) – assist with implementation – commencing in Johannesburg Warehouse
• Product Information Management (PIM) – review and develop in conjunction with marketing
• Espresso – develop mobile platform for Local Sales team to access information on Syspro.
• CRM – assist with implementation for Local Sales team
• Syspro – assist with ensuring full utilization of Syspro capabilities and functionality relating to all areas of the business
• Online self-quoting system – overseeing development.

• IT Support
• Offer IT support in Johannesburg where urgently required.
  

Education:  Minimum Requirements

• B Commerce Qualification and 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Project Management Experience
• Commerce background
