POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience Requirements (NON-Negotiable):

- Degree (BEng Industrial Engineering, Finance Degree, CA, Bcom Business Admin, Bcom Business Management)

- 3-5 years of Operations Management within an E-Commerce Environment that requires them to manage large amounts of data on a daily basis

- Must have managed a team and have experience with implementing proper reporting lines.

- Experience providing operational support and restaurant support would be beneficial.

Duties for this Role:

- Responsible for identifying areas within the daily operations which need improvement and implement processes based on those requirements.

- Required to participate and lead E-commerce Operational projects

- Responsible for overseeing daily Operations

- Hire staff within Budget

- Management of daily trade exceptions as well as generating and analysing reports on order success and daily trade.
