EC&I Resident Engineer

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced EC&I Resident Engineer for a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

POSITION INFO:
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: NDip, BTech, or BEng\/BSc in Electrical Engineering 7-10 years of relevant experience Mandatory mining site experience Willingness to be based on-site \/ work remotely Professional registration (ECSA) preferred Sound understanding and application of FIDIC contract provisions and contract administration principles 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: Strong understanding of construction projects Knowledge of quality assurance processes Experience with payment verifications and on-site procedures Proficiency in Autodesk software packages will be advantageous Experience in Electrical, Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) Exposure to commissioning activities within these disciplines will be beneficial This role is suited to a professional who can operate effectively in a site-based environment and contribute to project delivery and quality standards.
