SUMMARY:
Our client, a diversified Property development company, seeks your Legal experience, and a strong commercial background.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB qualified).
Minimum 3 to 5 years post article experience.
Must be in a similar role of Legal Counsel in the property sector, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial background, with conveyancing and bond process experience.

Competencies:

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Willing to take instruction and guidance where appropriate.
Demonstrated track record of being able to operate independently.
Proactive, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Willing to travel when required throughout South Africa.
